There is a double bed, a dining table with two chairs and a sofa in the main area, along with kitchen area with built-in cupboards, hard surface countertops, two door refrigerator and 4 burner gas stove. The bathroom is set aside with a shower, there is also a washing machine in the unit with hanging lines on the outside. There is a water storage tank that will pump water to the unit in the event there is a water outage, and all water supplied is filtered.

 

THE RENTAL RATE INCLUDES WATER AND ELECTRICITY, THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WI-FI & GAS ( THE IS A FULL 50lb BOTTLE IF GAS PROVIDED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TENANCY, THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFILLS THEREAFTER.
